These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Vantage, a sales productivity and agentic workflow platform operated by Yellow Intelligence.
By using Vantage, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Vantage on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
1. The Service
Vantage helps authorized business users retrieve, summarize, and act on information from approved business systems, including CRM, email, calendar, documents, and collaboration tools.
The Service may include:
- Agentic sales productivity workflows
- Business research and summarization
- CRM-related workflows
- Meeting preparation
- Context retrieval from authorized systems
- Workflow automation
- Audit and logging capabilities
- Integrations with third-party systems
The exact features available may depend on your organization’s configuration, subscription, deployment model, and connected integrations.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You may use Vantage only if you are authorized by Yellow Intelligence or by an organization that has approved your access.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping login credentials secure
- Using the Service only for authorized business purposes
- Not sharing your account with unauthorized users
- Notifying us of any suspected unauthorized access
3. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means data, content, files, messages, documents, records, prompts, outputs, or other information submitted to, connected to, accessed by, or processed through Vantage on behalf of a customer or user.
Customers retain ownership of their Customer Data.
Yellow Intelligence processes Customer Data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, comply with law, prevent abuse, and support authorized customer requests.
4. Google and Third-Party Integrations
Vantage may connect to third-party services such as Google Workspace, CRM systems, Slack, Microsoft services, or other business applications.
By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Vantage to access and process information from that account as needed to provide the enabled features.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have permission to connect the third-party account
- Your use complies with your organization’s policies
- Your use complies with the third-party provider’s terms
- The scopes and permissions granted are appropriate for your intended use
You may revoke third-party access according to the provider’s account settings or by contacting your organization administrator.
5. Google API Data
If Vantage accesses Google user data, our use of that data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Google’s applicable API policies.
Vantage does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google Workspace data to train general-purpose AI models.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vantage to:
- Violate any law, regulation, contract, or third-party right
- Access data, systems, or accounts without authorization
- Attempt to bypass security, permissions, rate limits, or access controls
- Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or malicious instructions
- Use the Service to exfiltrate confidential or personal data
- Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service
- Misrepresent outputs as verified facts where human review is required
- Use outputs for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or harmful profiling
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law
- Use the Service for high-risk decisions without appropriate human review
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the Service is being misused or if continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk.
7. AI Outputs and Human Review
Vantage may use AI systems to generate summaries, recommendations, drafts, classifications, or other outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, financial, employment, compliance, customer commitment, or other high-impact decisions.
Vantage is designed to support business users. It does not replace professional judgment, management oversight, legal advice, financial advice, or compliance review.
8. Permissions and Administrative Controls
Organizations may configure user access, integrations, agent permissions, workspace access, and connected systems.
Administrators are responsible for:
- Approving users
- Managing permissions
- Reviewing access to connected systems
- Ensuring users are authorized to access Customer Data
- Maintaining appropriate internal policies
- Reviewing logs or audit trails where applicable
9. Security
Yellow Intelligence uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the Service and Customer Data.
However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for using the Service securely, managing access appropriately, and promptly reporting suspected security issues.

10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive confidential information from the other.
The receiving party agrees to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only for purposes related to the Service, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
Customer Data is treated as confidential information.
11. Fees and Payment
If your use of Vantage is subject to a paid subscription, pilot, statement of work, or separate commercial agreement, the applicable fees, payment terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be set out in that agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that customer.
12. Intellectual Property
Yellow Intelligence owns Vantage, including the software, workflows, interfaces, documentation, designs, models, know-how, and related intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by Yellow Intelligence.
You retain ownership of Customer Data.
13. Feedback
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about Vantage, Yellow Intelligence may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not disclose your confidential information.
14. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time.
We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
15. Beta, Pilot, or Evaluation Use
Some features may be provided as beta, pilot, preview, or evaluation features.
These features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to change. They may be provided with limited support and may not be suitable for production use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, personal data may be processed in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020, and other applicable data protection laws.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Yellow Intelligence disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific purpose.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or loss of data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Intelligence’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no amount was paid.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yellow Intelligence from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your unauthorized use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of law or third-party rights
- Customer Data or content submitted through your account
- Your misuse of third-party integrations
For enterprise customers, indemnity terms may be governed by a separate signed agreement.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Vantage if:
- You breach these Terms
- Your use creates security, legal, or operational risk
- Required payment is not made
- Your organization requests termination
- We are required to do so by law
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Data deletion or export will be handled according to the applicable customer agreement, retention policy, and legal requirements.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre and, where applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to any separate written agreement between Yellow Intelligence and a customer, the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Vantage.
The DIFC Courts are established to administer justice in the DIFC and handle civil and commercial matters within their jurisdiction.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or customer administrators. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
